2 cube Ginger
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Grapefruit juice
3⁄4 oz Aperol
6 spg Coriander
1⁄3 oz Elderflower liqueur
1⁄3 oz Mezcal (Float)
4 oz Soda water
Instructions
Muddle ginger pieces with gin. Mix all but Mezcal and soda water. Shake vigourously. Strain, collin's glass, crushed ice. Add soda water, swizzle a bit to mix. Float Mezcal. Garnish with huge mint bouquet and grated nutmeg.
