  • Up the gin and lower the Giffard to make it less sweet
  • Very tasty although can't taste much of the montenegro
  • Added another 0.25oz Amaro Montenegro, cpl dashes Angostura — ★★★★
  • I had to make some subs, but really nice. montenegro->.5 lucano, .25 campari. Used Combier Pamplemousse rose. Added some jalapano - good.

Comments

It's a very tasty cocktail that jumps out of the glass. That said, I made the cocktail to the exact specifications with all the same ingredients and the Giffard Pamplemousse really plays the prominent role. I could see taking the Pamplemousse down to 1/2 ounce and bumping up the Montenegro or the gin for a bit more balance. Your results may vary.
