1⁄2 oz Cachaça, Novo Fogo
1 twst Orange peel
1 twst Lemon zest

Stir, strain into OF glass with fresh ice, add zests

  • I liked the original, but just tried subbing cachaca with Barbancourt white rum and added a generous splash of homemade ginger beer on top. Kind of like a Dark and Stormy, but with much more depth and complexity. — ★★★★
