Instructions
Stir, strain into OF glass with fresh ice, add zests

- Very bitter. Very sweet. More Amaro than cocktail. Of course, that's hardly a problem.
- I liked the original, but just tried subbing cachaca with Barbancourt white rum and added a generous splash of homemade ginger beer on top. Kind of like a Dark and Stormy, but with much more depth and complexity.
