Blind Man's Bluff

1 oz Bourbon, Four Roses Small Batch
1 oz Martinique Rum, Clément VSOP
1⁄4 oz Coconut palm syrup
1 ds Bitters, Cocktail Kingdom (falernum bitters)
1 twst Orange peel (expressed and discarded)
2 Clove (toasted, cracked and floated on drink)
Instructions

Stir, strain, one big rock, twist and discard, crack cloves and place on ice cube.
