1 3⁄4 oz Mezcal
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Chipotle, see note)
1 Cinnamon stick (as garnish)
Instructions
1 egg white. Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice. Shake and strain into old fashioned glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Notes
Chipotle Syrup is made by simmering 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 1 chopped dried chipotle Chile (seeds removed) for 5 minutes.
