Carlton Banks Cocktail

1 oz Cognac

1 oz Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering

2 ds Bitters, Angostura Orange

2 dr Bitters, Boker's

1 1⁄2 oz Brut Champagne

1 twst Orange peel

Instructions

Stir first four ingredients with ice, strain into chilled glass. Top with champagne.
