1 oz Cognac
1 oz Jamaican rum (Such as Appleton 12; Smith & Cross overpowers)
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice (1/2-2/3 oz)
2 oz Champagne (2-3 oz)
1 pn Nutmeg
Instructions

Shake, strain, rocks, top with bubbly, grate nutmeg on top.
