3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth (Martini & Rossi)

Instructions

Stir, strain into chilled glass, garnish.

History

From the Old Waldorf Astoria Bar Book (1934), it's equal parts tom gin, brandy, whisky and sweet vermouth with a dash of orange bitters. This drink is a modern update.
