2 oz Singani, Singani 63
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
1⁄4 oz Floc de Gascogne, Laubade
1 t Cane syrup
1⁄2 oz Egg white
1 oz Soda water
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, strain into a fizz glass, top slowly with soda, serve with straw.
