12 oz Aromatized wine, Cocchi Americano
1 ds Orange bitters
3 oz Sparkling rosé wine
1 ds Green Chartreuse (aromatic spritz, as garnish)
1 twst Grapefruit peel (expressed and discarded)
Stir, strain over sparkling rosé in a flute, spritz. Rub a grapefruit peel along the stem and express the oils over the drink.
