3⁄4 oz Sake
3⁄4 oz Orange juice
1⁄8 oz Sherry vinegar (25 Year Old Aged Reserve Sherry Vinegar)
3 ds Orange bitters
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
