1 1⁄2 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
1 oz Blanco tequila
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
1 pn Salt (scant, as rim)
Instructions
Shake, double strain into a coupe, garnish by rimming a portion of the glass with salt.
Notes
I like Siete Leguas or Tequila Ocho for the Blanco tequila.
