1⁄2 oz Cognac, Pierre Ferrand 1840
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup (2:1)
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 1⁄2 oz Lambrusco (or sparkling rosé wine)
Instructions
Shake, strain into flute over sparkling wine.
