1 1⁄2 oz Coconut cream
2 oz Coffee

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
Smugglers Cove house coconut cream is less viscous than Coco Real or Coco Lopez, so is easier to clear from a jigger.
