1⁄2 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1 oz Lemon juice
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters (float)
Instructions

Shake all (except Peychaud's) with ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Float Peychaud's.

this is a handsome looking cocktail. I added a small amount of egg whites and that really added to the visual appeal.
