Firpo's Balloon Cocktail

The Calcutta Classic named because by the 5th one your head will be bobbing up under the ceiling.
1 12 oz Rye
1 12 oz Sweet vermouth
1 12 oz Absinthe, Pernod
2 ds Orange bitters (sub Angostura)
2 t Egg white
Shake well. Serve in a coupe.
