Gin-I

3 oz Dry white wine
1 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Campari
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Briefly stir the ingredients with ice in the mixing glass, then strain in a wine glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

Notes

Before dinner. Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Vermentino and Vernaccia are excellent choices.
