3 sli Cucumber
1 1⁄4 oz Amaro Montenegro
3⁄4 oz Jamaican rum, Wray & Nephew Overproof
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Orgeat
2 dr Rose water
1 sli Cucumber (as garnish)
Instructions

Muddle cucumber. Add remaining ingredients, shake, strain into a coupe. Garnish.

Very good, more bitter than I expected but the Wray and Nephew and Rose water really pull the cocktail through!
