1 1⁄2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄4 oz Cynar
1⁄2 oz Rosemary syrup
Instructions

Shake over ice. Double strain in chilled cocktail glass rimmed with Rosemary salt.

  • Really well balanced. A nice gin would make it stand out.
  • Citrus and rosemary is a great combo. The rosemary is more subtle than than the name implies. Maybe I should make a stronger syrup?

Great drink. Would be 4 stars for me, I think, by omitting the ango. With the cynar, aperol, and botanicals, I don’t think the drink needs the bitters; and they might overtake those other flavors in the drink.
