Hard Wednesday

1 3⁄4 oz Amer Picon
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Campari
1⁄4 oz Orgeat
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup (Chinotto)
1 ds Bitters, Bittermens (Winter melon)
3⁄4 oz Corn Whiskey
Instructions

Shake long with a lot of ice, strain, coupe.

I think this also could be served in highball glass with crushed ice and straw. Maybe shaken first with mint.

Notes

Chinotto syrup: Chinotto soda+ same part cane sugar, low heat, bottle.
