3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth, Noilly Prat
3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
8 dr Sherry vinegar (Sherry Vinegar, Aged 30 Years)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
