1 oz Lime juice
34 oz Fernet Branca
34 oz Pineapple syrup (see note)
1 oz Overproof bourbon
1 ds Orange bitters, Angostura
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
5 lf Thai Basil
14 oz Rich simple syrup 2:1
Instructions
Shake all ingredients , strain, coupe.
Notes
Used lighter maraschino liqueur than luxardo. Pineapple molasses: Roast in pan 5 cardamom pods, 3 cloves, 2 star anise, crushed. Then Add pineapple cut for roasting. Add 7 oz sugar. Add half cup molasses and 3 oz water. Let cook 5 minutes muddle pineapple. Strain as you can. Bottle. Do not blend that was my mistake...
