Kentucky Strawberry Sour

2 oz Bourbon
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1 cube Demerara sugar
1 Strawberry
3 ds Bitters, Angostura
2 spl Soda water
Instructions

Muddle sugar, bitters, strawberry and lemon. Add bourbon and double strain over ice. Spash with soda water and garnish with Thyme sprig.
