1 1⁄2 oz Gin (Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz)
              1 oz Aperol
              3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
              3⁄4 oz Grapefruit juice
              1⁄2 oz Orgeat
          Instructions
    
          Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
History
    
          (1)  I saw this on the cocktail list at Cielo Restaurant in Atascadero, CA.  That list of ingredients calls for pineapple juice.  I have none, so I substituted grapefruit juice.
(2)  As for amounts of each ingredient, the cocktail list did not show.  So I made up my own amounts.
