Love for Three Oranges

1 1⁄2 oz Vodka
1⁄2 oz Aperol
3 ds Orange bitters, Regans' orange bitters
1⁄2 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
3 oz Seltzer water
1 twst Orange peel
Instructions

Stir/strain into Collins glass with ice. Top w sparkling water. Garnish w/orange peel

Ran out of gin trying mix Amore Amore for a garden party.
