3⁄4 oz Oloroso sherry
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Ginger syrup
1 t Orange marmalade (orange-ginger marmalade)
3 ds Bitters, Dr Adam Elmegirab's Orinoco Bitters (3-4 dashes)
1 pn Nutmeg (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, rock, garnish.
