1⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Antica Formula
2 ds Orange bitters, Angostura
1 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Black Walnut
Instructions

-Stir
-Strain into a rocks glass
-Smoke it!
Burn pecan wood.

Beautiful play on a Vieux Carré. The added Cynar, at the expense of sweet vermouth, adds an earthy, bittersweet depth. Used cherry wood for the smoke and really enjoyed that.
