1 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
5 sli Ginger (3-5 slices, coin-sized, plus one as garnish)

Muddle, shake, fine strain, garnish with a long slice of ginger.


Adapted by DiSalvo from Andrew Willett's adaptation of Employees Only's Ginger Smash, which Willett calls instead the New York Winter Fix.
