2 oz Apple cider
1 oz Bourbon
1⁄4 oz Grade B maple syrup (Anderson's)
1⁄4 oz Lemon juice
2 spg Rosemary
Muddle leaves from 1 sprig rosemary in bourbon. Shake, double-strain up. Garnish with 2nd sprig rosemary, optionally flamed.
