1 1⁄2 oz Cognac (or brandy)
3⁄4 oz Bonal Gentiane Quina
1⁄4 oz Apricot liqueur
2 ds Absinthe
1 oz Lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions

Stir, strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish with lemon peel.
