1⁄2 oz Virgin Islands Rum, Cruzan Blackstrap
1⁄2 oz Grapefruit liqueur, Giffard
1⁄2 oz Ramazzotti
1 twst Orange peel (Expressed and discarded)
Instructions

Combine in mixing glass with ice, stir, and serve in cocktail glassware of choice. Express orange peel over drink and discard.
