3⁄4 oz Rich demerara syrup 2:1 (demerara simple syrup)
1⁄3 oz Crème de Violette
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 ds Rhubarb bitters
1 twst Lime peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Substitute lemon bitters if needed.
