Shadyside Fizz

1 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Bitters, Angostura
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white
2 oz Lemon-lime soda, Sprite
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, strain over 2 oz Sprite, top with more if needed, garnish with three more drops Angostura, serve with straw.
