Sloe Pear Flip

1 1⁄2 oz Pear eau de vie
3⁄4 oz Sloe gin
1⁄2 oz Brandy
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1⁄2 Whole egg
1 ds Bitters, Angostura (or Hermes Aromatic)
Instructions

Shake like hell, 2-5 minutes. Strain, straight up, cocktail glass.
