Instructions

Shake, strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top with 2 oz. ginger beer.

Made as per this recipe, and it was lovely! However, the vid linked to has 1 oz pours, and a bit more ginger beer, and I'm curious about that, too. Will probably do a side by side, with the video version and this version.
