3⁄4 oz Ginger syrup (50/50 Ginger juice and sugar)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice (Skinny 3/4 oz)
1⁄2 oz Campari
2 oz Soda water
1 wdg Lime (As garnish)
Short shake all ingredients except soda on ice, strain to the empty shaker tin and add soda. Pour over fresh ice in collins glass. Add a straw and garnish with the lime wedge.
