A crisp, gin centric, take on the Singapore Sling

1⁄2 | oz | Cherry Liqueur, Cherry Heering |
1⁄2 | oz | Passion fruit syrup, Monin |
1⁄4 | oz | Aperol |
1⁄4 | oz | Cynar |
3⁄4 | oz | Lime juice |
2 | oz | Pineapple juice |
2 | ds | Bitters, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla |
1 | sli | Pineapple |
3 | Cherry, Luxardo |
Instructions
Shake hard or blend for a foamy texture, strain into a collins glass. Garnish with Pinneapple wedge and Luxardo Cherry.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple juice if at all possible.
