2 wdg Pineapple (one as garnish)
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Honey syrup
2 oz Bourbon
1 pn Cinnamon (as garnish)

Muddle one wedge pineapple in juice and honey. Add bourbon, shake, strain into double rocks glass with a big rock. Garnish.
