1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch
3⁄4 oz Cynar 70 (tea-infused, see Notes)
3⁄4 oz Chardonnay
1 pn Salt
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Rinse chilled stemmed glass with crème de menthe. Stir; strain; garnish.

Notes

For the infused Cynar, gently stir ~3g loose tea leaves (I used an aged white tea) into a cup of Cynar 70 and let sit for a long afternoon, then strain.
