1 1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Pomp and Whimsy
3⁄4 oz Ginger liqueur, Domaine de Canton
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Grenadine
3 ds Grapefruit bitters
2 pn Black pepper (Timut)
Instructions
1) Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
2) Shake with ice but do not strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Notes
1. Timut Pepper originates from the Himalayas and has a pronounced grapefruit flavor !!
2. In the "Instructions" above ..... use method 2) if you want little pepper floaties to be something of a garnish.
