1 oz Blended Scotch, Dewar's (White Label, or similar Blended Scotch)
3⁄4 oz Applejack, Lairds
1⁄2 oz Walnut Liqueur, Nux Alpina
1 rinse Pastis, Pernod
4 dr Bitters, Fee Brothers Lemon
Instructions

Stir, Strain to Pastis rinsed single old fashioned glass, Spritz a lemon swath and discard.
