A Lapwing-class minesweeper built during World War I and converted in 1928 to a submarine rescue ship. It was stationed in Panama throughout World War II
1 12 oz Rum (Panamanian/Colombian/Venezuelan)
1 oz Sweet vermouth, Martini & Rossi
12 oz Bénédictine
1 ds Absinthe
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
1   Lemon peel
Instructions
Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a little lemon peel over the top.
