1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon, Old Forester
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup (mango, see note)
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
1 dr Rose water
Shake/strain/garnish with a lime twist.
For the Mango Syrup, simmer 2 cups of diced magoes with 2 cups of sugar and s cups of water
