3⁄4 oz Yuzu vinegar, Genki-Su
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Shake, strain, rocks, twist.
