Mark Twain Cocktail

1 1⁄2 oz Blended Scotch
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Notes

As described to his wife in a letter from London, 1874.
