3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1⁄4 oz Allspice Dram
1 ds Bitters (aromatic, as garnish)
1 ds Violet water (spray, as garnish)

The linked recipe calls for 10 ml (about a half oz) of allspice dram, and a similar amount of simple syrup; I cut back on the allspice and adjusted the simple accordingly.
