1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey, Black Bush
3⁄4 oz CioCiaro
1 twst Orange peel

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
