1 oz Barbados Rum, Mount Gay Black Barrel
3⁄4 oz Pisco
1⁄2 oz Corn Whiskey, Mellow Corn
1⁄4 oz Ancho Reyes chile liqueur
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
5 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 rinse Pastis, Herbsaint
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions
Prep like a Sazerac (Chill and rinse glass, stir, strain into prepared glass with no ice, garnish).
Notes
Essentially a cognac/rye Sazerac without using cognac or rye.
