1⁄4 oz Campari
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1 spl Champagne (To top, ~2 oz)
Instructions

Add all except Champagne to shaker with ice, shake, strain into a coupe, top with Champagne, garnish with expressed grapefruit peel
