Bitter Tom

2 oz Gin, Tanqueray
1⁄2 oz Campari
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
1 t Bénédictine
1 t Pomegranate molasses
1 oz Soda water
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Instructions

Mix from tin to tin with ice, strain over ice, add soda & grapefruit peel
